Graphic and Digital Image Design

Adobe InDesign and Photoshop are very much my preferred choice of medium when it comes to creating graphic design work or digital image design. This page showcases both my graphic design ability as well as my photography and photomanipulation skills.

An in-depth look at the creation process of

Stopping to Smell the Roses -print and web layouts

Made for IAT 102 (Graphic Design) Project 2, taken at SFU in Summer 2020. All photos were composed and shot by myself in addition to the graphic design (the main focus of the project) of the layouts, which was a collaborative effort with my classmate, Cara Cheng, created primarily in InDesign. Click through on the right to see a more detailed breakdown of the creation process.

Photomanipulation diptych

Made for IAT 100 (Digital Image Design) Project 1, taken at SFU in Summer 2020. All photos, edits, and illustrations were created by myself for this project.

Portfolio design and mockup

Made for IAT 102 (Graphic Design) Project 3, taken at SFU in Summer 2020. All illustrations and assets as well as designs were created by myself in Clip Studio Paint and InDesign for this project. The goal of this project was to create a portfolio of our own design work in the style of an iconic design mentor of our choice- in my case, it was the classic Art Nouveau icon, Alphonse Mucha. I adore his (literally) flowery and extravagant aesthetic.
